Shipping Method & Time

Most orders will be shipped within 2 days. Our warehouse locates in Dalian China. We decide which shipping method based on your location. International shipping time is 7 to 30 days.

Customs Duty

Customs duty is not included in the item price. There may be additional tax during international shipping. 

 If you are dissatisfied with your order in any way, don’t hesitate to reach out to our Customer Experience team at kang@dmgrind.com within 7 days since you receive the products.

Please note that we will not accept returns on grinders, kettles, or anything that has been used.
